With our large and elegant function rooms plus the extensive beautiful grounds, together with proximity to Nottingham city and the M1 motorway, Strelley Hall is ideal for many different events. 


Some events are organised by Strelley Hall (see below for upcoming events), or the function rooms and grounds can be hired for you to hold your own event, for example a charity or graduation ball, a fair or market, a concert or performance.

Tour of Strelley Hall followed by Afternoon Tea

(no current planned Tours and Afternoon Teas)

Richard is your guide for our popular Tour of Strelley Hall followed by a delicious Afternoon Tea in the Mulberry Tree Cafe.  Tours start at 1pm in the Panelled room at Strelley Hall then finish at around 2.30pm with Afternoon Tea in the Cafe.

Please wear suitable clothing as some of the tour takes place outside.

Tree Walk around Strelley Hall grounds

Join our guide Helen for a fascinating guided walk around the Strelley Hall grounds with plenty of information about the ancient trees here.

Followed by a drink and a cake or scone in the Mulberry Tree Cafe.

Meet at the Cafe at 1pm.  The walk lasts one to one and half hours.

Aftrenoon Tea with Jazz

Afternoon Tea with Jazz at Strelley Hall

A fabulous Afternoon Tea served buffet-style on silver tiered platters served in the Morning Room at Strelley Hall, with live jazz in the Panelled Room provided by "Cool Jazz", a local 5-piece jazz band.  The terrace will be open.

Cost is £18.50 per person, Prosecco available to purchase if you would like. (£3.50 per glass or £16 for a bottle). Pre-booking and payment in advance please, call 0115 906 1200 or tickets available from Strelley Hall reception or the Cafe.

Teddy Bears' Picnic


9th August 2020

Our on-site Teddy Repair Shop are hosting a Teddy Bear's Picnic 11am-4pm on Sunday 9th August.  Tickets are £5 per child (free for adults) which includes a Mulberry Tree Cafe picnic lunch. For adults there a variety of lunch options plus Cream Teas.
