With our large and elegant function rooms plus the extensive beautiful grounds, together with proximity to Nottingham city and the M1 motorway, Strelley Hall is ideal for many different events.
Some events are organised by Strelley Hall (see below for upcoming events), or the function rooms and grounds can be hired for you to hold your own event, for example a charity or graduation ball, a fair or market, a concert or performance.

Autumn Farmers Market and Country Show
Saturday 21 Sept 2024
10am-3pm
We will be holding our first ever Strelley Village Country Show on Saturday 21st September, together with a Farmers Market.
If you would like to enter any of the competitions (cakes, jams, veg/fruit, flowers), email strelleyhallmarkets@outlook.com and we will send a form, or you can pick up an entry form from the Mulberry Tree Cafe or Strelley Hall reception.
There will be plenty of things to do and see on the day, food, drink and craft stalls plus activities for children. Dogs are very welcome too!
Produce from the competitions will be auctioned off for charity at the end of the show

Free entry, with around 50 stalls both indoors and outdoors selling a wide range of Christmas gifts, food and drink.

Afternoon Tea and Festive Afternoon Teas at Strelley Hall
September to December 2024
Our Afternoon Teas are very popular and come highly recommended, please see the Afternoon Tea page for more details on dates and a booking form.
The Afternoon Tea for 2024 comprises a welcome drink of either elderflower fizz or Prosecco, then dainty sandwiches of smoked salmon, cream cheese and lemon chive; chicken with tarragon mayonnaise; marinated cucumber with dill. Quiche fingers of caramelised onion and feta cheese. Cakes are mini biscoff cheesecake, raspberry blondie, amaretto cherry truffle, earl grey tea loaf. Plus of course a delicious scone with clotted cream, strawberry jam. Served with your choice of loose leaf tea or coffee. £24 per person with elderflower.
We now have dates published for our Festive Afternoon Tea, get your bookings in early as last year it was sold out!

If you would like to book a room or rooms for your own event, be it a party, family get-together, funeral wake or anything else, please call for details 0115 906 1200, or email reception@strelley.com.
Funeral wakes can be booked for a 3-hour slot on any day of the week. Full catering supplied.
Parties can be booked for a 4-hour afternoon slot on any day of the week or weekend.
Prices start at £160 (funeral wake) for the room hire, and £12 per person for the catering. Unlimited drinks packages are available.

If you would like to organise a day of exercise, relaxation, meditation, art, photography... etc in the beautiful surroundings of Strelley Hall and grounds with the gorgeous Drawing room as your base, then we have a special rate that includes a lunch for all participants.
