The services
- All rooms are available subject to a confirmed booking through Strelley Hall Reception at 0115 9061-200 or fax -251, email info@strelley.com or to mobiles 07799 472-483, -484. Any booking will be considered provisional unless confirmed in writing or by email to info@strelley.com There may be a cancellation charge.
Room layouts
- Especially in the Panelled and Morning rooms, the layout of the furniture can be varied widely to suit the user. Some suggested room layouts may be discussed and set up by Strelley Systems Ltd. With these larger rooms it is strongly recommended that a conference organiser arrives in advance of the main party to ensure that the room layout meets the conference's needs.
Equipment provided
- The Panelled Room and the Morning Room are provided with white boards, overhead projector.
- Subject to availability, a Beamer (computer projector) for connection to the user's computer (computer not normally provided) at no extra charge. Also, a video player is included subject to availability.
Use outside business hours
- All services are normally orientated to business hours 08-00 to 18-00. Outside these times there may be variations to the prices (up or down).
Extras
- Chargeable extras include installation of temporary telephone, telephone calls, video-conferencing, photocopying and stationery. Attractive location maps can be provided at 1P each + P&P (minimum 50).
