Catering services

  • Catering may only be provided through the services of Strelley Systems Ltd. Outside or customer's own catering only by special arrangement.
  • Coffees, teas, biscuits and soft drinks can be provided at any reasonable times.
  • Breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas and suppers may be provided according to the current menus. Prices range from £3.50 to £8.00 per head. Special prices including wines for banquets.
  • Tea, coffee, biscuits £0.75 per serving per delegate or at intervals through a conference day £2.50 per delegate.

An outline of the prices

Menu 1 - Finger Buffet
  • Assorted sandwiches (such as egg mayonnaise and cress, beef and horseradish, tuna mayonnaise and cucumber);
  • crisps + carrot batons with dip;
  • selection of hot items (3 per person) such as potato wedges, quiche, satays, samosas.
£5.30 per person
 
Menu 2 - Deluxe Finger Buffet
  • Sandwiches as above but with wider choice, fillings such as smoked salmon and cream cheese, coronation chicken, prawn marie rose;
  • crudités with dip;
  • canapés;
  • selection of hot items such as Thai hors d'oeuvres, chicken yakatori, homemade pizza.

Menu 3 - Jacket potatoes
  • With assorted hot and cold fillings (such as cheese, coleslaw, vegetarian chilli, chicken curry) Served with salad.

Menu 4 - Fork buffet
  • Selection of freshly-made hot dishes such as lamb with apricots, chicken in tarragon and white wine sauce, beef goulash, mushroom korma, vegetarian lasagne, aubergine parmigiana, potatoes au gratin, rice;
  • Selection of salads and bread.

Menu 5 - Breakfast
  • Bacon rolls or croissants.

  • Please give 2 days notice of cancellation or alteration.
  • Special menus and most dietary requirements may be catered for if notified and agreed in advance.
  • Vegetarian dishes are normally supplied within each buffet.
