About Dukeries Business Centre

Dukeries Business Centre is our latest venture into managed office space. The Company purchased the property in May 2005. The offices have been significantly extended and modernised and are fully operational although some work remains in progress it is well on the way to completion.

Site and Facilities

The existing building now offers 14000 square feet of quality office space with individual units from 100 to 1000 square feet offering maximum flexibility. There is excellent parking provision and the site is on a direct cycle and bus route from the town centre. The offices are arranged over three floors served by a lift and are DDA compliant.

All the offices have carpets and blinds and benefit from an air cooling and heating system.

For the convenience of licence holders meeting rooms are available for rent and catering can be arranged.

Terms

Offices are let on monthly or quarterly licence on a fully serviced basis for periods from three months to three years. Shorter lets are considered and enquiries for ad-hoc office and meeting room bookings are welcome. The licence fee is fully inclusive of all services, reception, cleaning, security, broadband, telephones and 24 hour access.

Riverside at Dukeries Business Centre

The conversion of this existing building on the site into additional office accommodation will mean that Dukeries Business Centre is set to almost double in size over the next few months.

The Riverside Development of new state of the art, fully serviced offices on the Dukeries Business Centre Site is well advanced. The first offices are expected to be ready for occupation by the end of 2008.

This transformation of 14000 square feet of former industrial premises has been made possible with the support of Grant Aid from the Alliance SSP. Built to stringent construction standards using sustainable and energy efficient materials it will offer high quality environmentally friendly working conditions for discerning clients.
